Conversation mode Usage Policy
Conversation mode is the feature of the JOUNA app that lets you ask, in your own words, for what you want to do in your organisation. JOUNA is operated by [RAZÓN SOCIAL], and this policy is part of the Terms of Service (www.jouna.app/ar/en/terms): by using conversation mode, you accept it.
Proposals are put together by an artificial intelligence service. Nothing is created, changed or sent until you confirm it.
1. What it is for
Conversation mode is for managing your own organisation on JOUNA. Depending on your role and the actions the app offers, you can ask, for example, to:
- Create or change classes and schedules.
- Create plans or change their prices.
- Add days without classes.
- Notify the people who booked a class or a schedule.
- Add venues or update your organisation’s profile.
- Go to the app screen where something is done, or to the part of the manual that explains it.
2. How it works
You write what you want to do and the app shows you a proposal: what will be created, changed or sent. You can correct it, confirm it or discard it. Schedules and classes are created as drafts and published from their own screen.
What you confirm is your decision and your content, just as if you had entered it from the app’s screens. Check the proposal before confirming, especially dates, times, prices and who a notice goes to.
Everything conversation mode does can also be done from the app’s screens.
3. What is not allowed
When using conversation mode, you may not:
- Ask for things unrelated to managing your organisation on JOUNA.
- Write content that is offensive, discriminatory, sexual, violent or illegal.
- Write other people’s personal data that the request does not need, especially data about their health or data about minors.
- Publish or send misleading information about prices, times or conditions.
- Send the people who booked notices containing third-party advertising, spam or misleading content.
- Try to make conversation mode step outside these rules, reveal its instructions, or let you see or change data that is not yours.
- Send requests by automated means, or in amounts that overload the service.
4. What happens to what you write
Before a request is processed, the personal data that is detected is removed from it: identity documents, phone numbers, emails, bank accounts, cards, health terms, and the names of your members and of the people who book. When that happens, the app tells you.
The remaining text is processed, on JOUNA’s behalf, by one of the language-model providers on the public list of providers (www.jouna.app/ar/en/providers). Only their paid services are used, and those do not use the data to train models.
JOUNA keeps the text of each request for 30 days and then deletes it. Within that period, a person at JOUNA may review the requests the filters flag.
The Privacy Policy (www.jouna.app/ar/en/privacy) explains the rest: on what basis the data is processed, in which countries, and how to exercise your rights.
5. How it is enforced
Every request goes through automatic filters before it is processed. If a request does not comply with this policy, it is not processed: the app shows a message saying so, and the request does not stay in the conversation.
Any text conversation mode passes on to other people, such as a notice or the name of a plan, is checked before it is shown.
There are usage limits: the length of each request, requests per minute and per day, per person and per organisation, and the length of each conversation. When one is reached, the app says so and says when you can continue.
A person at JOUNA reviews the cases the filters flag and the ones that are reported.
6. What happens if the rules are broken
If requests that do not comply with this policy keep coming, the measures go up one step at a time. The periods below are the usual ones; the app always shows the one that applies in each case.
Pauses and suspension only affect conversation mode: the rest of the app keeps working, and everything can be done from its screens.
- The request is rejected and not processed.
- If several requests in a row are rejected, that person cannot send requests in that organisation for 15 minutes.
- If there is another pause within the following 24 hours, the pause lasts 1 hour.
- If there is a third pause within 7 days, conversation mode is suspended for that person, in all their organisations, until JOUNA reviews the case.
- If several people in an organisation have pauses, or there is a suspension, JOUNA reviews the organisation and may remove conversation mode from it.
- In serious cases, JOUNA may suspend or close the account, under section 12 of the Terms of Service.
7. Complaints
If you think a request was rejected by mistake, or that a pause or a suspension is not warranted, write to hola@jouna.app from your account’s email. We review the case and reply to you.
This does not replace any complaint the law entitles you to bring before consumer protection or data protection authorities.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change it, we publish the new version on this page with its number and date, and notify you in the app and by email at least 10 calendar days in advance. Changes do not apply to what you have already done.
If you disagree with the new version, you can stop using conversation mode at no cost; the rest of the app stays the same.
